Refund policy

Due to the Nature of our Products and Services, we do not offer Refunds on any of our Embroidery Designs, Custom Services or Cut Fabric. Any other returns must be received unopened in the original packaging. If any Product is received damaged, we must be notified upon receipt of the product.
